  • Where’s the receipt for my order?

    Your receipt is provided electronically via email. An additional copy of your receipt will also be attached to your order once you collect in – store.

  • My order has a missing or incorrect item, what do I do?

    Review your “your order is ready for pick-up” email, which includes a summary of your purchase. You will only be charged for items you added to your cart.


    We encourage our customers to check their orders carefully before placing the order, after placing the order to ensure all items are listed, and again at in-store pick up to ensure all the items were handpicked and packaged. Orders already collected from the store will not be eligible for adjustments or refunds for missing items, as we cannot be held responsible for orders once they leave the store premises.

  • How do I check my Order Status?

    Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be handpicked by one of our Retail reps in store, once completed, your order will be marked “Ready for Pick up”.

  • Where do I pick up my order?

    • For In-Store Pickup Orders: Please Park in a 700 Wines and Spirits designated spot for In – Store pickup, enter the store, and stop at the in-store pick-up desk to collect your item(s).
    • For Curbside Pickup Orders: Currently unavailable.

  • How do I know my order is ready?

    For all pickup orders, you will receive an email or text message indicating when your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this email confirmation before coming to the store to ensure that your order is ready for you.

  • Is there a service fee charged for pick-up?

    There is no fee for in-store pick-up. Our personal shoppers are happy to prepare your orders!

  • How do I change my in-store pick-up order to a curbside pick-up order or vice versa?

    We do not offer curbside currently. All orders made via the website must be picked up in-store.

  • How do I check my order status?

    You can check your order status online here (hyperlink should direct customers to the order status page). Please wait until the status is “ready for pickup” before coming to the store.

  • Does my store offer curbside pick-up?

    We do not offer curbside at any of our locations currently.

  • Can I edit my order after placing the order?

    You are unable to adjust an already placed order. However, when you pick up your order, feel free to return or exchange items in-store.

  • Why were some of my items or my entire order canceled?

    Your order may have been cancelled due to items being out of stock or unavailable, an issue with your payment, or because your order was not picked up within 48 hours. 

  • What if I am late to pick up my order – how long will you hold my order?

    We hold all pick-up orders for one week. If you wish to pick up your order after more than one week, please call your local store – in some cases, they may be able to hold your item for longer. If you do not pick up your order, you will receive a partial refund to your original form of payment.

  • Re – Stocking Fee

    If your order is not collected within one week, a restocking fee of 10% of your total order amount will be applied when we initiate a partial refund.

  • Can I pick up my order at another store?

    No. You can cancel your existing order and place a new order at a new store that can facilitate in – store pick up.

  • What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

    You must bring:


    • Identification to verify that you are 18+ years of age and authorized to pick up the order.
    • Your order number, which is found in your confirmation email.
  • When can I pick up my order?

    Your order will be ready for pick up within 2 hours of confirmation. Pickup orders may be claimed during the store’s normal business hours. To check your local store hours, please refer to the locations page.

  • Can I have someone else pick up my order?

    Yes, this must be requested while placing your order. The person collecting your order must bring:


    • Identification to verify that they are 18+ years of age and authorized to pick up the order.
    • Your order number, which is found in your confirmation email.

    Identification must match name on your order email.

  • Is there a minimum purchase required to order online?

    No order is too big or too small online or in-store, no minimum purchase required.

  • How long after I place my order online can I use in-store pick-up?

    Once confirmed, your order will be ready for in-store pick-up within 30 mins of placing your order online.
