Your receipt is provided electronically via email. An additional copy of your receipt will also be attached to your order once you collect in – store.
Review your “your order is ready for pick-up” email, which includes a summary of your purchase. You will only be charged for items you added to your cart.
We encourage our customers to check their orders carefully before placing the order, after placing the order to ensure all items are listed, and again at in-store pick up to ensure all the items were handpicked and packaged. Orders already collected from the store will not be eligible for adjustments or refunds for missing items, as we cannot be held responsible for orders once they leave the store premises.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be handpicked by one of our Retail reps in store, once completed, your order will be marked “Ready for Pick up”.

For all pickup orders, you will receive an email or text message indicating when your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this email confirmation before coming to the store to ensure that your order is ready for you.
There is no fee for in-store pick-up. Our personal shoppers are happy to prepare your orders!
We do not offer curbside currently. All orders made via the website must be picked up in-store.

You are unable to adjust an already placed order. However, when you pick up your order, feel free to return or exchange items in-store.
Your order may have been cancelled due to items being out of stock or unavailable, an issue with your payment, or because your order was not picked up within 48 hours.
We hold all pick-up orders for one week. If you wish to pick up your order after more than one week, please call your local store – in some cases, they may be able to hold your item for longer. If you do not pick up your order, you will receive a partial refund to your original form of payment.
If your order is not collected within one week, a restocking fee of 10% of your total order amount will be applied when we initiate a partial refund.
