REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this bill and a valid receipt.
  2. No exchange on Wines and Champagnes. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of Management.
  3. No exchange after five (5) business days. Items must be returned intact. Some restrictions may apply.
  4. No cash refunds. Exchanges only at the time of return. Refund exchanges are permitted.
  5. Absolutely no exchange, refund or credit on sale items.
  6. No exchanges on items purchased with gift cards.
  7. Customers requesting an exchange must return to the store where the original transaction occurred.
  8. Only Store Leads, Store Supervisors, and the Sales Manager/Retail Operations Manager may authorize exchanges, in accordance with any enforced authorization limits.
  9. Refunds are only permitted if an item is Out of Stock.
